Event activity data: Sessions attended, time spent in sessions, booth visits, chat messages, leaderboard points, and other in-platform engagement.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs collected automatically when you access the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the EventStub platform, provide post-event analytics reports to event organizers, communicate with you about your account or events you've registered for, and respond to support inquiries.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

With event organizers: Attendee data (name, email, session attendance, engagement metrics) is shared with the organizer of the event you registered for. This is necessary to deliver the post-event reports you see on the platform.

With service providers: We use trusted third-party services for infrastructure, video delivery, and file storage. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as directed by us.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Event activity data is retained for 12 months following the event date. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

EventStub is ISO 27001 certified. We implement industry-standard security controls including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform functionality may be affected.
