3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Event organizers are responsible for the content, conduct, and legality of events hosted on the platform, including ensuring appropriate permissions for any materials uploaded or shared.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EventStub to host or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Payment & Billing

EventStub operates on a per-event pricing model. Fees are agreed upon in writing prior to each event deployment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your event agreement. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

EventStub and its underlying technology, design, and content remain the exclusive property of EventStub. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform.

By uploading content, you grant EventStub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating your event.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventStub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
